The heart and soul behind Let Them Plant Company.

Let Them Plant Company was created with a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to work, grow, and belong.

We created this company for our daughter, Nevaeh, who has autism and a very rare form of epilepsy. Like many families, we began asking an important question early on:

For many adults with disabilities, meaningful employment is hard to find. Too often, they are overlooked or underestimated. We wanted to create something different—a place where people like Nevaeh can learn skills, feel valued, and have the opportunity to earn a living.

Through plants, we are building a supportive environment where individuals can learn hands-on skills like plant care, propagation, packing orders, customer service, inventory, and working as part of a team.

Plants remind us that growth takes patience, care, encouragement, and the right environment. People are no different.

Let Them Plant Company exists to create opportunity, dignity, and belonging—not just for Nevaeh, but for many others like her as we grow.
